So recenetly my napping patterns have hit an abnormlaity along the way.
Usually my naps are unvoluntary, therefore my body just shuts down and I fall asleep. Well, its still the same deal, but the napping has increased and in time where usually wouldnt nap.
Ive been usually napping from about 7-9 or 8-10, then i wake up, full of energy and nothing to do. So i stay up till about 4 or 5 bored.
